1. **Order Processing:**
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. **Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:**
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. LOCAL TAXES AT DESTINATION ARE NOT INCLUDED.
3. **Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:**
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
4. **Customs, Duties, and Taxes:**
- Mimotique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Customs clearance procedures are beyond our control and can sometimes cause delays. Any delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of Mimotique.
5. **Refusal to Clear Customs:**
- If a customer chooses not to clear the items through customs, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Our commitment is to ensure that the products are shipped promptly and securely to the destination country.
6. **Damages:**
- Mimotique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. **International Shipping Policy:**
- We currently ship worldwide. Specific shipping restrictions may apply depending on the destination country.
